    Talking Overcoming stagnation

I just wanted to shout out because I am proud of myself:

After A MONTH of stagnation, 10lbs from my target, I was getting seriously frustrated, but I stuck with my plan. I upped the exercise and counted calories vigorously.

And it paid off: Yesterday I had lost 1kg (nearly 2lbs)! I thought it may just be water or something, but the scales told be the same today. I am so happy to have overcome this plateau!

    Woop Woop!

Those scales can be very reluctant to give up those pounds..... well done you for persevering!
