Hello everybody!
I hate to admit it but I’m constantly scouring the internet for quick fixes and weight loss aids. Although I’m not stupid enough to think that drinking green tea alone is going to be satisfactory for significant weight loss – it would appear that green tea can still be quite useful as a weight loss aid (or at least this is what the world wide web is feeding me!!)
Has anyone else ever heard this? Ever tried it? Has is ever worked? Or is it a load of old codswallop?

which cannot be a bad thing. Like you I had read soo much about it aiding weightloss I had to give it a go. You know how it is... you try anything
