dukan attack to slimming world red plan

    Hi everyone

I've been struggling a lot recently with my diet. I started the extra easy slimming world but gave up after persevering for weeks with little results.

I then went back to my old mentality of 'ill never lose weight, I'll just eat what I want'. Now my confidence is at an all time low and ive decided enough is enough.

I think carbs really slow my weight loss (maybe why extra easy sw didn't work for me). So I'm thinking of kick starting my motivation and weight loss with a 4/5 day attack phase from Dukan and then phasing in to the red/original plan from slimming world.

I had a good loss on Dukan attack before but would like to move into red plan on sw as I found it more manageable in the long term.

    What are your thoughts?

    My stats:
    Height 5'4 (164 cm)
    Weight 10 st 2 (64.5 kg)
    Goal weight 8 st 7 (54 kg)
