    Height: 5ft4in
    Start Date: Jan, 3d 2013
    Start Weight: 14st13lb
    Current Weight: 14st4lb
    Goal Weight: 8st9lb
    Goal Date: 31/12/2013


    BMI Information:
    Start BMI: 35.9
    Current BMI: 34.3
    Goal BMI: 20.8


    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 0st9lb
    Weight to Lose: 5st9lb
    % Lost 4.31%

    Looking for a weight loss chart

    Hello when I came on this forum, I found a link to a great weightloss tracking file, full of details. Can't seem to find it anymore. Anyone could help me ? Thanks.

    my results while on Cambridge diet (before pregnancy)
    from 209 to 152 lbs





    My post partum Journey with Cambridge Weight Plan and other tools...




    Mini goals :

    • Two perfect weeks
    • Start a kettlebell Programm
    • Read and implement the Beck Diet Solution
    • Read and implement the 100 days diet
    • Fall under 90 kilos
    • Back to 88 kilos which makes me fit my first pair of bought jeans when I was on the previous diet
    • 10 kilos lost !
    • Back to 83 kilos, a weight where I start to feel and look good
    • Back to 78 kilos and not obese anymore
    • Back to 75 kilos
    • Back to 72 kilos the weight I was at right at the beginning of pregnancy (BIG reward here !)
    • From then we'll see.....
