Any inspirational books?
Just read Pauline Quitke's Auto-bio 'where have I gone?' And quite enjoyed her style although she made it sound a bit too easy and didn't really address (because apparently she didn't have any) emotional probs with food. Just wondering if there were any books of weight-loss success- either bio or fiction which people have enjoyed and could recommend- not diet books but ones charting a personal journey.
