Epilepsy

Hi all,
I have epilepsy and was wondering if anyone else out there on the cambridge has it? Also are your meds affected by the diet? Thanks in advance

I would speak to your doctor and see what they say. I know there has been some new research saying VLCD helps epilepsy but have no idea if it is reliable in the slightest, medical experts would be the ones to talk too. I suspect you'd need their say so and would advise you to get it before starting the programme.
