Apologies if there is already a thread going..
I love working out at the gym and the feeling I get once I've had a great work out, however I get SO bored sitting on the same machine for 10-15 mins. As much as I would love to go for a half hour walk I get so bored, even with my iPod in! Does anyone have any ways to stop getting bored on machines such as treadmill,bike,cross trainer etc?
Or just in general any fun work outs
Change it up - dont do the same thing over and over. Basically what Sebastian said :) I have a Wii Fit and i find that is fun and helps time fly... and walking my dogs and going to different places keeps things interesting :D
