    CALORIE CALCULATOR

This will help you calculate the correct quantity of calories and exersize you need to either lose weight or maintain.

quite a useful tool...and completely free

it calculated for me to lose 2 pounds a week I would need to eat 1210 cals a day. It suggested some activity tasks to increase my exercise levels...things like car washing and gardening.

You can also choose to lose less a week or maintain.

Very interesting as it made sense.

    Diet: Was Cambridge, now maintaining
    Well thought out little tool.

Bit concerned about how many calories it suggests I need to maintain though. About 400 more a day than WLR tells me I need

I know that the WLR one is accurate for me, so I think I'll stick to that one. Cool tool though for the rest of the info.
