Zero noodles and slim pasta - made me sick!

I tried zero noodles with spicy chicken and tomato sauce. Although chewy, I found them a good pasta substitute and only 4 cals. A few nights later I tried slim pasta with bolognese. Again, I was please even though a lot of reviews said they were bad. Anyway, both nights I woke in the night to be sick! Anyone else had this?

I couldn't eat them! I tried but they made me feel ill. I couldn't bear the texture of them and gave them to my friend who swears by them. I am not a fussy eater by any stretch of the imagination but I have never had a food make me feel so ill!

They are expansive for the amount you get.Holland and Barratt sometimes have a sale on Buy one get one free so if you want to try them I would wait for the deal.

The deal I think is on so it's 2.50 for 2 packs.

Are you rinsing them really well? I've been eating them for a few weeks now and have had no issues what so ever. They hardly contain anything so I can't see as there could be an ingredient making you sick.

Could it be something else you've had?

*RINSE THEM*, and "Dry-Fry" them. Let them sizzle in the pan, let them shrink... THEN mix in sauce and eat. They are a bit more palateable that way.
