Healthy Night Out??
Okay! I'm 18! I've just turned legal this year to go out have a drink! I want to party and enjoy life with friends, but I need and want to diet obviously!!
That's a problem though, as we all know alcohol is fattening ): ): I absolutely love the wild berry rekordligs and its such a shame, as i read they're like 13 syns on SW :cry: !! I know Vodka and diet lemonade or something is probably better (not exactly good but you understand what I mean), but i'm young and want to have fun. Do you think it's possible to save my syns for a very synful day? :confused: I love my saturday nights around town and don't want to be giving up my yummy choc as well as wild nights out with my friends! Surely i'll dance it all off?? hahaha ;)
This seems very irresponsible but I do like a boogy and drink on a sat night.... Obviously now i'm dieting, I wont be out every weekend, but probably at least once a fortnight.
Any suggestions on least fattening drinks???
In all fairness, the logical answer is to not drink, because i only end up spending money i don't have, getting too drunk and scranning on a chicken burger on the way home D: as well as having copious amount of fruit cider... I swear you just wee it all out anyway hahah. BUT IM YOUNG AND SOMETIMES I DONT FOLLOW LOGICAL REASONING :p

I go out around once a fortnight for a 'session'. I tend to drink wine followed by spirits (both mixed and shots). I can consumer a good 1k of calories just through drinks on a night out, and yeah, you get some cals back through dancing but not a great deal.
Right now, because I've got loads to lose I can generally go over on that one day and still lose, later I may have to accept a maintain.
The decision you have to make is, am I going to focus 100% on weight loss? If so, you may want to either go out and not drink (heresy!) or don't go out.
I choose to live my life right now, the weight loss is just a bonus. So I accept I may not lose if i'm going out.
But yeah, try and stick to spirits and diet mixers. Avoid beer and cider coz they are massively calorific!
Definitely Spirits with Diet mixers. When on SW I used to drink Whiskey with Diet Cola (5 syns for a double) compared to over 12 for a nice pint! So I could have 4/5 drinks on a Saturday, hate to think what the syn quota would be if it were beer/cider!
gin and slimline tonic with slice of lemon..... lush! Minimal calories as spirits tend to be on the lower side. I also love vodka and diet bitter lemon xx
