Okay so on SW diet, and usually i never skip meals, but i woke up this morning and i was just not hungry at all... then lunch time came and passed (well it pretty much has) and i still wasnt hungry so i thought there's no point me eating if i'm not hungry right??
Just wondering if anyone else has this problem and what do they do? Should i just eat anyway but a small portion? Or just skip it and wait for next meal?? It just seems pointless adding more food into my mouth if i aren't hungry but people always say you shouldn't skip meals? Confused ):
