Were you surprised by your new body shape?
My sister has lost 6 stone in the past year which is amazing but we have all been shocked by how petite she was under all that fat. She always seemed to have big hips and wide shoulders but turns out it was just an illusion because of her weight. I was wondering if anyone else was surprised by how their body shape looked under their weight?
I lost over 5 stone a few years back and before hand I just looked all over big....but after the weight loss you could really see my bones, fat doesn't always look like fat, it often looks like muscle/big bones (I often wonder if this is why people say they're big boned, because their bones do look bigger!?)
I'm only 5ft 3 so I look like a beach ball when im over weight but when im slim I do look petite.
I love seeing people lose weight, its so inspirational, I always go...wow into myself when its a big loss. And I say to myself...how can someones body change so much just through what they eat...its so surreal!
