3. No crash diets please... I am a practising raw vegan

7. Drink a lot of Water... I don't take any liquids

You don't take any liquids? :O Try to drink a little bit of more and more water day after day till you achieve 2,5-3 litres and believe me, you will just CAN'T drink less after that.
I eat a lot of fruit and all my meals are raw/uncooked and so my body gets all the water it needs the natural way, I am very rarely dehydrated and even when I exercise I rarely need to take on any liquids. 2-3 litres of water is only needed if you eat cooked or processed food as they contain no water.
