I've hit a brick wall and can't get my final stone off. I've tried shakes, slimming world etc I drink 2-3 litres of water a day, green tea etc

So I've decided to have 3 meal replacement shakes a day as I've some to use up plus a weight watchers meal for dinner.

Along with my water, green tea and exercise. Do u think this will work?
 
Sounds like it will have you tried the 30 day shred sounds good. Good luck x
 
I personally do not think that is substantial enough. It is likely to make you feel hungry and you will be inclined to binge. It is tricky if you wish to lose another stone and you are unable to. Is one stone really needed? I wonder if you could accept yourself how you are and learn to be happy in yourself.
