    Thumbs up Looking for a weight loss buddy

    Hello,
    I'm a long time browser, first time poster. I'm looking for a weight loss buddy to keep each other accountable and help with motivation. I've got a lot of weight to lose (100+pounds) so prefer a buddy with a fair bit to lose. I'm a married lady, 26, living in Edinburgh. I'm American and have been living here for a few years now.     Hello! Can I recommend you check out the WEMITTS part of the forum, under Slimming Clubs? If you haven't already, of course. It's for people with a lot of weight to lose, and it's a very supportive part of the forum where you may well find someone to buddy up with. I've been on there for a couple of years, as I had 140lbs to lose, and have found it very helpful. All the best. xx

    Oh thank you! I'm very nearly there now, which feels pretty good - think this last half stone will take as long as the first 9.5 stone, lol, especially with Christmas looming!! xx

    Day 3 - 40 squats - Only 30 managed - 24.11.13
    Day 4 - 45 squats - Completed - 25.11.13
    Day 5 - 50 squats - Completed - 26.11.13
    Day 6 - 55 squats
    Day 7 - 60 squats
