On this my slow build up to my Last Chance Diet Saloon I have decided that documenting things in all it's fatty glory is my only way to make myself accountable.
I would also like a permanent record of changes, as in the past I have found any success seems to allow me to forget my gruesome flabby and unfit past very quickly. this leads to complacency and a very rapid return to where I started.
It looks like myfitnesspal is the most popular diet and fitness app around. But what are the other choices? As far as I can see MFP does not allow photos to be added?!?
Ideally, I would like the convenience of MFP (did I mention I am lazy?) but also something that does some clever boggy things like My Diet Pro that allows you to put a weekly photo next to you results- all set out side by side.
Even a blog template set out for weight loss & fitness would be fab at this stage,
Am I asking for too much?
