Hi everybody, I've just joined to the site and looking for some motivation. I'm trying to lose weight. I joined weight watchers a couple of weeks ago and I've already lost 6 pound which I'm happy with but I have 6 and a half stone to lose to reach my goal so I'm a long way off yet. But I'm really struggling with exercise! Until I've lost a bit more weight I don't want to go to the gym as I'm really self conscious, so does anybody know what's the best exercise I can do at home? Or possibly DVD? That would help with me who needs to lose quite a bit of weight.
