    how I lose my weight

Below is what has helped me to lose weight.

    • No sugar. (I use honey or fructose to sweeten things)
    • Drink pure chimp super tea. I canít stand green tea so this stuff has been great for me.
    • Swap white for brown (bread, rice, pasta etc).
    • Exercise at least 3 times a week

I feel great and have a lot more energy following this regime.

Exercise is not the most important, that's for sure. Yes, it's a useful tool and good for your health, but the most important thing for weight loss is dietary control. It's an often quoted fact that weight loss is 80% diet and 20% exercise, except mine is 100% diet and 0% exercise, lol. xx

Oh I agree, but I've lost 137lbs just by controlling my nutrition as health problems prevent me from exercising. xx

I don't need to sweeten my food (raw Vegan), if it is bitter why do you eat it?
I don't drink tea or coffe and have just recently started to drink water again
I don't eat bread, rice, pasta etc. etc.
I ride my bike 10 miles per evening and a little extra on weekends (unless its raining)

I feel awesome 100% of the time, I have loads of energy, but I am still overweight.
I'm real'y easy to get along with, as soon as you people learn to worship me

    Hi there,

I've decided to lose my large overweight about half year ago. I've turn into health food and exercises almost every day. I've lost about 3-4 stones but since then I can't lose any more. Please could you give me some advice how can I start losing weight again.

You need to work out how many calories you're consuming compared to how many your body needs - that's the main thing. There are plenty of calculators online which will help you do that.
