Hie all has anyone out there tried the Eontu meal replacement diet consisting of porridge, shakes, soups, bars and sme meals..... how has it worked for you and how does it differ from the likes of Cambridge, Lighter life, Exante and which vlcd do u find affordable...... I know they all work the same if followed 100%...... So wats yo take on this Eontu Diet.....I have seen some flavours like those of the Cambridge diet do they taste the same eg apple n cinnamon porridge/ traditional porridge
