I after struggling for two weeks of not going to the gym (hitting the wall) I got out in the sunshine with my dog and other half and done 4 1/2 mile walk/run feeling good about the future workouts..... I'm so lucky to have the other half pushing me to keep trying and help me get the ought this hump! Who's your help/ motivator? X

Me !! with the help and support from online forums, I do find reading success stories on here gives me strength, especially when I have a bad week or day, I draw a line under it and begin again, as so many have done so well I don't beat myself up anymore, I have always used food and drink as an emotional crutch hence ending up about 5 stone overweight, now 2 stone overweight but I feel confident that although it's real slow I will get there eventually with a few hiccups on the way. :)

That's great I wish I could be my own motivation but I struggle to let's say "get my bottom into gear" keep up the great work!

My motivation is me and my relationship with my girlfriend. I've got to admit she is the one that is motivating me the most.

My motivator is my horse. I was fast approaching the max weight I believe she can/should carry.

Success Stories online and in magazines.

The Daily Mail Femail section frequently posts weight loss stories and I think they're amazing.

I'm same I try keep myself motivated watch motivational weight loss programmes when I can and try and make what I eat as interesting as poss so I keep a variety and don't get bored kx

My children. To instil positive and healthy eating habits and self image in my children and be more healthy for them so we can all enjoy life

My future. I've spent the last year watching my very overweight grandmother's health decline because of her weight and it dawned on me I would be following the same path if I didn't make a change. So I have! :)

Myself - looking in the mirror and hating my body is what motivates me. Also, some of the stories on here are great motivators too. I always think 'this is me, I'll never ever be slim again, my body won't do it' then you see an amazing transformation in someone else on here and you realise it's about hard work and not giving up on yourself when it gets a bit hard.
