I still have 12lbs to go but I'm over 2 stone down and feeling great. I put on weight after a car accident and then saw myself on TV and decided I really didn't like it. None of my clothes fit either. I started cambridge weight plan in December and it's been great. I had tried weight watchers previously but found it just didn't work for me.

That must have been a hard period for you after the accident. I'm happy about your weight loss success. What was the hardest part about losing weight?

Getting myself away from bad habits was the hardest. I have found that being able to have a bit of anything so long as I took it into account on the diet didn't work for me at all. Tell me I can have half a tin of rice pudding and I'll eat the lot. That's why Cambridge works for me. The Cambridge plan is food replacement and reintroduction with better habits. I am loving the fact that my clothes font fit in the good way and I'm lighter than I've been since I was 18!

There is a better way: Swap the all-or-nothing approach for one or two healthy switch-ups in your daily routine. "Doing this can lead to more weight loss than you ever imagined," says Marissa Lippert,

Diet and being active are to keys to losing weight. Being consistent at it is the hardest part. You just have to make exercise part pf you weekly routine like you would anything else you have to do every week. And you have to like whatever you do instead treating like its a burden or hassle to do.

I used to exercise a lot but a car accident meant for a long time I couldn't even go out for a walk never mind exercise regularly. I was training for a triathlon before the accident. I think you have to do what works for you. I have previously tried other things but ww and sw etc didn't work for me.

Find something that that fits with you and your life and make it work.
