    Really embarrassing

I had diarrhoea yesterday, and at weigh in today, lost 2lbs. Is it just cos of the tummy problem that I lost weight? Last time this happened all the weight came back on the next week. Really upset

Not sure what diet plan you are following but follow it and stick to it as much you can and make sure you are well hydrated and the scales should be ok

You lose a lot of water and get quite dehydrated with diahorrea so it might be because of that. But food also moves through your system faster so you absorb less of it, which might mean you lose weight. So it's impossible to say really, but if you're unwell it's far more important to make sure you're properly hydrated and nourished than worry about the scale says. *hugs*
