I've not been here for a while but never forgot the help you guys gave me early on when i needed it and i've had an idea to show my appreciation and pay everyone back.
Its been 6 months now since i started exercising regularly and losing weight and as you can see from my stats i've had amazing results, at this point having lost 5st7lbs in a relatively short period of time. As i approach my goal with 11lbs still to go, I feel i can help people out a little bit, pass on my experience and answer any questions you have.
My idea was to create a thread and systematically go into detail about my diet, exercise regime, mentality and general health to provide anyone who was interested with a template on how i achieved my results. You could read it, ignore it or whatever I just wanted to put it out there because im sure someone maybe a couple people would find it a little useful atleast.
However ive decided to just post this. Gather people's opinions as to whether they think that is a good idea or would you rather me just answer any questions you may have. The other thing was i could just talk about things you wanted to know and just tailor it around what you want to know.
So as i said the minimins community has been fantastic for me and i just wanted to pay you back. If any of these ideas interest you and you would like me to go into more detail leave me a message and i will sort something out or If you would like me to just go away again i can do that too haha ;-).
