Skinny water

Does it work? I've had friends saying that's all they have changed from other diet drinks and lost more - opinions xx

The friend of mine I'm talking about has a really great diet to be honest she is quite slim and determined to stay there but she said she lost more when she was getting there the weeks she drank skinny water - I'm 50/50 on if it's because she thought yes it's working and drank more making her more full then she being fuller didn't eat as much ext - I asked her but she said she ate the same but lost more the weeks she drank skinny water but it was expensive so couldn't do it every week. I'm dubious if it was that good it would need perception right? Lol I've looked and it's nearly £2 a bottle!
That's why I was wondering has anyone else noticed a difference in their weight loss with this "miracle" drink ?!

I've never heard of it, but I very much doubt it would do anything - there are no "miracles" when it comes to weight loss, unfortunately!

Very unfortunately! Lol I still think maybe if you drink allot of it thinking it will work perhaps you will be too full to eat haha but just wanted an opinion
