I was just wondering if I could have a little advice please?
I am currently at my biggest ever and i have just (about 2 weeks ago) started properly exercising first thing in the morning and i Really get my blood going. BUT I have been getting really swollen ankles.
I was wondering if anyone else has found a way to get rid of them quickly AND when I get slimmer will they go away?
I like my ankles and I miss them! :p
