    How to lose weight quickly.

    Is there any one can tell me that is the quickest possible ways to lose weight. How much weight can be lost by jogging and regular exercise. Is it possible to lose extra weight quickly by healthy eating. Can some kind of medicine help me to achieve my goal.
    Please reply if you have any information pointed issue.

    You shouldn't look to lose weight quickly, it's not healthy, not unless it's on a specially supervised plan like Cambridge. If you don't do it properly it won't stay off I'm afraid.

    It really depends on several factors, if you train really hard and slowly reduce calories in your diet, then you can lose weight quite fast.

    You could lose 1/2 points a week if you set your mind to it, but you need discipline and determination to do it
