    Couch to 5k

    Hey guys...just wondering if anyone has used the couch to 5k app?! Where it tell you when to run and when to builds you up to running 5k in 8 weeks? Has anyone used this or know of any god apps to help you get better at running?

    Hi Katie, I did start the 5k plan and got to the 3rd week. Then I went on holiday and never got back on to it. I will have to re start soon. I found it very good. I quickly improved felt a lot fitter and stronger. Used to go out early so no one would see me though lol
