    BMI Information:
    Goal BMI: 22.6

    Target Weight

    How does anyone decide on a target weight? Should we govern by scales or clothes? I'm lower than I thought I would get but still not happy do i keep on going see where I get?

    I didn't set a target.I don't see a point in having a target weight.
    My weight loss stopped at 8st 4lbs but I stay around just under 9st now.Been like it for coming up 2 years.

    The only thing now is I would like to tone up more and if that means my weight goes up a bit but can still fit into my clothes then I won't mind.
    If you want it enough you won't keep finding excuses to not do it.

    Paleo since Apr 2012 9st 9lbs got to 8st 7lbs October 2012 and with focus,exercise and motivation have stayed below 9st since.
    Hard work and dedication pays off.No time for excuses if you really want to loss the weight.
    I can now enjoy special occasions without having to worry about what the scales will say after.

    Total Weight Loss: 1st3lb
    Weight to Lose: 5st4lb
    % Lost 6.97%
    Mine was firstly decided by a healthy BMI, but I know that if I get to a point where I feel comfortable then that'll be it. I can't see me feeling that way yet though x

    Personally, I set mine by BMI, to get into the healthy category. I have a few health issues, so wanted to be able to go to the doctor without worrying about being told I was overweight, lol. xx
