I'm starting again almost from scratch. I did weightwatchers for 2 years, lost 31lb in the first year, then our leader changed and I gained 29 of the 31 back. (New leader was all about the filling and healthy and well, i certainly managed filling, but the 29lb gain suggests I screwed up on the healthy!)

I've decided to try calorie counting and rewarding myself with non-food treats this time.

I've downloaded some exercise sheets and trackers from the NHS website and am hoping to have a bit more success this time.

First challenge is to lose 8lb and drop under the stone barrier back into the 20s not the 21s. Have promised myself a new pair of earrings for that one.

Wish me luck?

Good luck! :) Have you checked out the WEMITTS part of the forum, under Slimming Clubs? It's for forum members who have quite a bit to lose, regardless of what plan you're on - it's really good for motivation and support. :) xx

That's great - I just said hi to you over there, lol. :) xx

The best way to start again, is by making a specific plan of action of what you want to active by a certain time frame. Set monthly goals, which you need to measure, and adjust as you among. Be as specific as possible.
