Hi all

After some advice.
I need to lose 21 pounds to get to goal.
I'm looking for the best diet for me.

I have a huge problem with carbs like bread as it makes me binge. I have an all or nothing attitude. If like today I have a roll and crisps for lunch I then end up eating junk for the rest of the day.

I absolutely adore chocolate and comfort foods so don't think I could cut them out.
I have two kids who I cook for who are fussy and sometimes end up eating their leftovers.

Was just wonderingifanyone has any idea on what diet would suit me.
