Hi guys, not been on here for ages. Over the past 15 months I have managed to lose 11 stone , currently 12st 8 and would like 1 more off. Problem is my weight has been static the past 4 weeks and I need some tips. I stick to around 1300 cals a day and up until July I was exercising all the time, unfortunately doing a 10k I managed to break my ankle, and still not healed. Keeping up swimming as I'm in a boot I can remove and walking as much as I can, how else can I get things moving again? Thanks
 
The only thing I can think of to suggest is maybe increasing your calorie intake for a while, then gradually reduce it down again, to give your metabolism a kick. Our stats are pretty similar, and that's what I'd do. :) xx
 
That might be an idea, what sort of range do u think 15/600 ?
