This picture explains my main issue with my diet at work, how to avoid "cake day".

Make your own low fat / low sugar / healthier cakes to take with you :) there's a lot of really good recipes out there, I like to make sugar free parsnip muffins occasionally. Things like that help me to feel like I'm not missing out on the bad stuff
