Hi all, what should I be eating more of and less of as a general rule to help with weight loss..
I just eat whatever fits into my calorie allowance (and I always make sure that includes chocolate!). xx
More - fresh fruit, veg, lean meat, fish, steamed, poached and grilled foods, whole grains, pulses, eggs
Less - alchohol, sugary drinks, processed foods, cakes, bread, fast food, takeaways, cheese,
Eating cake gives you a moment of happiness, being slim gives you a lifetime of health and fabulous clothes shopping!
Hello Mark! you need more - clean water, veggies, fruits, porridges, chicken/turkey, fish, seafood (everything should be boiled, grilled, baked). Less - sugar, soda drinks, fastfood, potatoes, white rice, no fried food!

Yep, that's all you need to do for weight loss - I've halved my weight doing just that. Healthy eating is another matter, lol. xx
