Hey all,
4 months ago I had a bad fall off of my horse which resulted in me suffering from a herniated disk in my back
And severe sciatica.
I have never been "skinny" but I'm usually pretty active with horse riding, walking everywhere and an active job (retail)
Since my accident I have gone from a comfortable 12/10 to a 16. I feel awful, look awful and it is affecting my relationship.
Can anyone recommend any exercises whilst my back recovers or anything that may help? I was told that jogging is good for sciatica but it's very uncomfortable on my back after 5 mins.
