I was just wondering how much water people drink in a day and does it help with your weight loss.. I'm not a big drinker at all,usually only a small bottle of diet coke a date. I'm trying to force myself to drink more a day like a few pints of water with a splash of juice and a couple of glasses of green tea. :)
 
I dont tend to drink much either but trying to drink more now..I tend to have 2 hot drinks wether it be tea or coffee at work and a little bottle of water..and I dont even think thats a lot.

I buy the bottles of water too as I find its more encouraging to drink them than getting tap water if that makes sense :)

I drink around 1-2 litres otherwise I feel cloggy I don't know if that makes sense haha I guess it feels like all my food is sat there in my stomach. I don't think it's changed my weight loss for the better, it does make you feel full.
 
I'm also having to force myself to drink, I very rarely feel thirsty. Currently trying to drink at least 2 litres per day.
