Smoothie makers and scales

Hi everyone,

I'm new - I've just joined Weight Watchers.

I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations on smoothie makers and bathroom scales please?

I'm hoping to spend no more than around £60 on the two, but as I have no idea about smoothie makers, I'm not sure if that's possible!

Also, can anyone recommend bathroom scales that are digital but they leave your weight on the display when you step off? At the moment I have scales that are the old style ones (with the arrow swinging around) that are terrible as when I lean forward (to see over the belly and boobs!) the weight changes so I'm not 100% sure if the weight that I am seeing, is actually what I weigh!

Thanks in advance!

Selina

You can get a pair of digital scales which tell you your weight, body fat percentage, body muscle percentage, BMI and many other things from the major pharmacies such as boots and lloyds (if you're from the UK). I bought a pair from lloyds for £20 and they tell me everything - they even tell me my BMR calories.
You can also get smoothie makers from pretty much everywhere - supermarkets, places like argos, bhs, etc. The last time I checked there was some decent smoothie makers in the majority of shops for around £20-£30 each. :)
