I have been battling binge eating disorder for over a year now. According to my BMI, I am at a healthy weight but I wish to be truly healthy and happy. Binge eating makes me feel uncomfortable physically and mentally so if you have any recovery tips, please do share :)

Keep any foods that you would binge on out of the house completely. It's hard to binge on salad, chicken, eggs, cheese, or anything else like that.

Hi Teddie bear

I've struggled with bulimia and binge eating for 6 years now and have gone from 6st 7lbs to 11st.....I hate it and I hate myself for not finding the willpower to control it and just be normal & healthy!

I am a single mum of 2 so I'm fighting a losing battle with keeping trigger foods out of the house, I would be the cruelest mum alive if they didn't have snacks and treats!

I don't really know what advice I can give you, as I'm still out of control myself but I just wanted to say hi and to let you know you're not alone!

I'm trying slimming world as of last week and so far so good but time will tell, I'm hoping it will help me break the cycle of binging every night and also shift some of this unwanted poundage!

Good luck
