hi my name is nicky,ive piled on about 6 stone in the last 4 years and i have tried everything to lose the weight.i carnt seem to stick to cambridge diet ...so i went to my doctor for help.hes referred me to hospital;am going in two weeks but am very scared has anyone else on this weight management group at there local hospital..it runs for 12 weeks x thanks
