I have noticed recently loads of people from Ireland on here. Mini herself is from Ireland too I think (correct me if I'm wrong).

I love how we can chat about our weight issues that we maybe can't with others, even our friends in some cases.

Hi Lyn, I'm from Armagh. No-one knows I'm dieting (tried it too many time before!) so my online pals are all I can talk to about food, motivation etc.

I've 16lbs off since January and people are starting to notice, but I'm being cool and saying 'Really, I haven't been trying' & being all cool about it- its nice though, keeps me going! LOL!

Hey I'm from Galway.
I haven't started the LPdiet yet. got to go to a wedding soon, waiting for that but I'm happy i found this site. Seems really supportive. Can't wait to go on it. I'm so excited. Can't wait for the thinner, healthier, happyier me.
Can't tell anyone i'm on it either, except my boyfriend.
So i'm hoping i can get as much support from this site as i'll hoping to give back.
