Wow, there is so much energy devoted to food here, I think we can light up the world! It is incredible how women and food are almost inseparable. I think it must be in our hard wiring, we are blessed and cursed. Actually as a suggestion, instead of dumping these yummy foods, why don't we just give ourselves licence to eat them, savor them and really enjoy them and graciously get them out of our system so that we no longer have to think about them. As the old adage goes, what you resist persists! So maybe we have to consider doing the opposite, get it out of our systems and then have a clean slate and move right on. What do you think?

I srsly need to stop wanting that, i havent given in yet. But it wont go away, everytime im hungry i want that!! Of all the things, even when i was eating anything i wanted and being all chubby, i didnt want that then. Why would i want it now? BLAHHHHH.

Pizza, I'm a huge pizza fan, nothing would make my stomach happier right now then devouring a Papa Johns. Luckily they're expensive and I've already had to replace everything in my fridge once this week.
If one was put in front of me however, well....
When I was in Tesco yesterday evening - Minstrels (-2). I paused, looked and then said to myself 'just keep walking'.
At home last night - cheese on toast (-5). I had a bad day yesterday, feeling very tired, fat and sorry for myself. I could almost taste the melted cheese...mmmm. Settled for a cup of tea instead![]()
As at 15/05/10 - 5 stones lost
Target - get into the 13s (only 1lb to go)-
achieved 29/05/10 (13st 12lb)
Next target - get to 13st 3lb (which will mean 6 stones lost) -achieved 24/06/10 (13st 2lb)

Twice today the betty crocker advert came on the telly and that chocolate cake looks so delicious that i want to eat a really big slice. I had to physcially hold myself back from the cakes at my parents house today. So i'm going to dump all the cakes that my eyes can see (even when they're closed).

i would like to dump crisps, thats my only fall back :S i actually prefer them to choccie
