    As for your nails, well I am so jealous of them as I have to keep mine so short for college!!! Where has it gone ?, hope it doesn't end up in kids tea!!!

    The food, once dumped is out of bounds to all SSers and those trying to be careful!!

    Week 3 = +3lbs,diet on hold, dr's orders as i got swineflu
    Week 4 = -4.2lbs
    Week 5 = STS

    Waist Was 45" - Now 41"
    Hips Was 46" Now - 44"
    Right Upper Arm Was 13" - Now 12"
    Right Thigh Was 24" - Now 23"
    Total of 10" loss so far (inc left arm and leg)

    Mini Goals
    Goal 1 - Lose half a stone - Done 23rd September
    Goal 2 - Lose 1 stone - Done 14th October
    Goal 3 - To get in to my size 16s again - Done 26th September
    Goal 4 - Lose 2 stone
    Goal 5 - Lose 3 stone
    Goal 7 - To get into size 14s
