Can anyone recommend an excellent weight loss book?

As above really, Im going to be having my baby in a few weeks and would love something to start almost straight away - I have only gained almost 2 stones this pregnancy but had a further 2 from having my son so will probably have about 3-4 to lose in total. I found Merissa Peer excellent and I still believe her advice I just do not seem to be able to follow it, so was thinking maybe I should try something new

    Goals
    Lose 7lbs -Done
    Lose 1stone
    Lose 1.5 stone
    Lose 2 stone
    Lose 2.5 stone
    Lose 3 stone
    Lose 3.5 stone
    Lose 4 stone

Weight watchers do a plan for breast-feeding mothers and I love following their plan. Simple.
    Congrats on your new baby!
