Thread: slimming world to Slimfast back to slimming world

hi all
I have been following slimming world for a long time now and have had loads of success ,, i have lost 5 stone and have about 1 stone left to lose but it just is not going anywhere and hasnt been for months despite me sticking to plan so i have started trying slimfast for a few weeks to see how it goes,, i am only on day 3 today so havent weighed myself yet, but the plan is to lose the last stone this way if it helps and then revert back to slimming world to maintain my weight healthily, do you think that i would be able to do this or would i pile weight back on as soon as i start eating more food again ?

if your doing well on slimming world keep on with it but try to up the exercise side of it and it should help with the last stone, chopping and changing diets will just confuse the body.
