Funnily enough, I have nakd bars in my work bag and my shopping bag but did not take a bag to my mum's. May keep some in my car instead.
No calorie counting because I was out and about visiting people. I probably overdid the calories, although everything I ate was low GI plus I did do some exercise.
B: Porridge with strawberries + milk + seeds
S: yogurt & seeds
L: beans on toast with a little cheese
S: 10 almonds
D: all in one combo of rice, black eyed beans & chicken, followed by square of 70% chocolate
S: hummus and oatcake
No veg and very little fruit today.Shopping tomorrow so will get to eat a little variety again.
Proud of: moderate pace walking for 35 minutes (100 calories according to mfp)![]()

EDIT: 3 days now where I have not counted calories. Wednesday is not looking good, folks.

Don't worry Ashie, you still went for a walk and that helps fire up the engine. So you're burning extra calories nowI wouldn't stress about weigh in, and don't overcompensate like I did before. Everyday is a new start and a new low GL day

Total loss :116lbs = 63 inches at 31/08/10
Lipotrim = 87 lbs and 53.5 inches
GL = 29lbs and 9.5 inches
Year One 1/09/2009 - 31/08/2010Wk 01-28 87 lbs lost and 53.5 inches overall lost on TFRWk 29-52 29lbs lost and 9.5 inches lost on GLGoal!!!! 116lbs lost and 63 inches lost overall. Size 28 down to Size 14!!!!
Year Two 01/09/2010-31/08/2011 Maintaining both GL and TFR lossesOnly major gain was over Xmas period. Gained 9lbs. Lost this by mid Feb through portion control and eating low GL foods.
Year Three 01/09/2011- 31/08/2012Had a 9lb gain again over the Xmas hols and lost this by March 2012.19/03/2012 Weight is 180. This is upper end of my 170-180 range so need to cut back a lttle.
A new day, a new start.
Today the food looked like this:
B: Porridge with blueberries + milk + seeds
S: hummus with veg
L: leftover Mexican chilli soup with toast and cheese
S: oatcake w/ peanut butter & banana
D: spicy salmon + spinach + peas stir-fried rice with split pea dahl followed by square of 70% chocolate and a few raspberries
S: don't feel hungry but will have a little snack in a minute, otherwise I will wake up at 5am, starving
Positives:
* Well within my calorie limit
* kept to the plan
* felt in control
* walked for 35 minutes
