I was thinking how great it would be to have a list of low GI foods that I could devise with the help of the forum for my weekly shop and to help me lose the pounds!
It would really useful to see what types of foods you guys were consuming as part of your weight losses.

burgen bread (brown cover)
flora light
Irish yogurts
Tate and lye low Gi sugar (light green and white sachet)
Cadburys light hot chocolate
Rapeseed oil
basmati rice
apples
pears
oranges
lemon juice
Tesco's no sugar orange cordial
Kellogg's all bran
scotts large oats porridge
semi skimmed milk
tea/ coffee with no sugar with milk
