    Height: 5ft6in
    Start Date: 28 June 2011
    Start Weight: 179lb
    Current Weight: 158lb
    Goal Weight: 130lb
    Goal Date: The sooner the better

    I have several low GL meals. The ones I can think of off the top of my head are:

    Chili con carne
    Hummus (or pita-less kebab salad)
    Stir-fries and my grains/rice mix
    Big chicken salads (during summer)

    I know there are more, I'll write them when I remember

    I think mine is, greek burger in a pitta with pineapple salsa and salad, with sweet potato wedges. Soooo yummy
