    LOW GL

Would LOW GL work for a carb junkie?

    My typical meals are:

    Kellogs All bran
    Muller light Vanilla/Toffee/Strawberry, Fruit (Apple/Pear)
Potatoe & Cottage Cheese, Quorn and Vegetables, Stir Fry, Chicken and Veg, Omelette, Chicken Wrap, Salad in Pitta

Would this work as low GL? My vices are starbucks skinny lattes and freddos.

Hi BabyCakes! Low GL will work great for a carbjunkie, as I'm also a carbjunkie I did a month of super low carb before and that really did my body bad, and plus it was pure torture for me. I love carbs in all shapes and form so eating healthy low GL carbs is wonderful Also being able to eat fruits is a major plus for me

Potatoes aren't low GL, unless you can get those Aussie low GL potatoes. But a potato once in awhile isn't bad as it can be a 80/20 day.
