yeah i am not going to exercise until phase 2 but even at that i won't be overdoing it cos i know i'll never stick to some crazy gym plan! my book still never came today

i'm getting a bit worried now as i ordered it a week ago today... i'll email them tomorrow if it isn't here! sounds yummy i need to make myself a big batch of soup tomorrow to keep me going

so far today I've had 2 bacon, 1 egg and rice with loads of veg and chopped tomatoes it was lovely ! and i'll prob have chicken and veg for dinner

am i able to have rice cereal on phase 1? they have a gluten free rice porridge in tesco, i had it before and it was quite like rice pudding does it say anything about that in the book?x
