    Smile newbie - sausages

    hi I have spent all weekend reading the books on the Harcombe diet and the posts on this forum. Your weight losses are fantastic have inspired me to start Phase 1 tomorrow.

    I just have a couple of questions if that is ok.

    what are d&a sausages, are they Debbie and Andrew Harrogate sausages and can they been eaten in phase1.

    Can you eat tinned sweetcorn?

    Are there any quick foods you can get if out and about such as soup.

    I too am starting tomorrow, great to see someone else is too. You can eat sweetcorn but I'm afraid I do not have the answers to your other questions yet as I haven't looked at the book properly yet.

    thanks for replying, it is good to have some company whilst beginning the plan.

    today's menu

    B - nothing due to dealing with a family emergency
    L- Bacon, egg and tomatos
    D- chicken wrapped in Bacon and roasted veg.

    hi there ,
    i started yesterday on phase 1 ( well except for my banana at breakfast , had eaten it before deciding why wait till monday , might as well start now :0) nice to have a couple of others around
    feeling pretty headachy today and hungry (probably just craving ) but its been ok overall :0)
