I been calorie counting for 3 weeks and now going to try p1 again.

Monday 10th February 2014

Day 22
Weight - 14st 2 3/4
Total Loss - 6 lbs
Days without alcohol - 2
Days without cigs -8


B - porridge oats & water -185
L - bns curry -165
T - pork, cabbage, carrots, baby corn - 457
S - almond milk, decaf tea, water, prosciutto - 164

Total Calories - 952


Porridge was horrid with just water!! Shall have hard boiled eggs and bacon tomorrow.

I had mustard powder and didn't realise it was flour so a bit :/

Physically feel fine today

Roast chicken cooked in butter & garlic with olive oil roasted Mediterranean vegetables

So nice being able to have chicken skin mm

Lunch
Chilli with baby corn & asparagus wrapped in prosciutto. Would of never of put veg with chilli but need to go shopping so using up stuff in fridge & what iv froze

Just realised I shouldn't of had kidney beans oops! Was lovely tho!
